Caleb Lawson

Caleb Lawson heads the Houston office and founded the company in 2004. Previously, he was a Principal Partner at Avison Young where he focused on developing and implementing risk reduction strategies for his clients related to leasing, acquisition/disposition, design build and build to suit projects. Having 18 years of industry experience, Caleb has specialized in the representation of office and industrial end users with a specific focus on the logistics and transportation industries.

Caleb has been recognized annually since 1999 as a “Heavy Hitter” by the Houston Business Journal and has reached the top 3% of all commercial real estate professionals in the United States by becoming both CCIM and SIOR certified.
